I'm Suzi Smith,
& I know grief personally
My work with grief isn't only professional. It is personal.
I have experienced profound loss myself, including the loss of my parents, my siblings, my son, and my soul dog. I have spent more than two decades learning, studying, and walking alongside people through some of life's most devastating moments. I bring that experience to every conversation - with compassion and understanding, without judgment, and with a belief in healing.

A few words from those who have walked this path with me...
"I dont have words to describe how Suzi made me feel. She was there when I was falling apart. She heard me. She literally picked me up for the little ball I was in and walked me to a better place. I will for ever be thankful for her. She really is living her purpose on earth. Thank you Suzi God sent you to me,"
Erica
"I can’t say enough about how grateful I am for the support I received during one of the hardest moments of my life. When my cat passed away unexpectedly, I felt completely overwhelmed by grief. From the very first session, Suzi created a space where I felt heard, understood, and never judged for the depth of my emotions. She helped me process the shock and sadness with so much compassion, offering tools that were gentle, practical, and tailored to the unique bond I had with my pet."

"This review is for Suzi Smith. I cannot speak highly enough. We are both Mothers who have lost a Son. She honed in on my exact feelings, what thoughts were running in my mind and the effects of his death that riddled me with pain. She listened patiently, gave me positive feedback and allowed me to get my feelings out. She is very professional and I can’t wait to speak with her each week."
Diane
"From the moment we first spoke, Suzi felt like a long time friend. She immediately understood that my pain was real and valid - never once making me feel silly for grieving so deeply for my pet. She recognizes what others couldn’t: that Millie wasn’t just a dog to me; she was my child, my companion, my heart walking around outside my body. Suzi created a safe space where I could openly share."
